We use an evidence based psychology “Model” that was developed by Brooke Castillo.
She took all of the evidence out there and simplified it into The Model for us to be able to apply it to our lives.
Circumstances
are facts, events, something someone said, a person, etc. It is something that you could prove in a court of law, such as what the current weight on the scale says.
You have thoughts about circumstances. Collectively your thoughts make up a story you are telling yourself about a circumstance. Thoughts that you’ve had over and over again for a long time become beliefs.Â

Thoughts then create your feelings.
Feelings are vibrations in your body caused by an emotional response to a thought.
Your feelings drive your actions; what you do or don’t do. Action or inaction.
And actions create results.
So if your current thoughts create your feelings, your feelings drive your actions and your actions create your results, then the way you are thinking now is directly responsible for your current results.Â

To get new results, you do not have to change your circumstances.
You have to change the way you think. You have to learn to think intentionally.

Once you practice this, you will learn how to: stop overeating, take back control of your time, stop feeling “busy” and “overwhelmed,” embrace the feeling of “control,” and more.
